The Footprints Parent Association organised a wonderful Easter Egg Hunt for the children and parents on Saturday 24th April. The event was held at the nursery where the playground was decorated with Easter themed chicks, rabbits, bunting and our very own Easter Bunny.
A variety of activities were put on for the children including handling new-born baby chicks, colouring and craft making their own bouncing bunnies.
The highlight of the event was the Easter egg hunt. Children spent time in the woods with their siblings and parents hunting for hidden egg decorations made earlier in the week. Each child had an egg decoration with their name on and had fun trying to find them amongst the trees. Children were rewarded with their very own chocolate eggs at the end of the hunt.
Our thanks go out to the Footprints Parent Association for all their hard work organising another successful event, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.
