OFSTED are the government body that inspect and regulate all childcare settings. We are very proud that at our last inspection of the nursery we were judged as a ‘Good’ Provider of Daycare.
We are constantly working together as a team to achieve excellent daycare, and welcome our next Ofsted visit. Through open communication with parents we are responsive to feedback and suggestions. We strive to ensure that Footprints Nursery is the very best there is to offer your child.

Collaborative Montessori Accreditation (CMA) Report
Summary of evidence and assessment of practice:
The children at Footprints Montessori Day Nursery (FM) are happy, confident and settled; they clearly show positive relationships being built with the adults in all rooms. The children showed a real familiarity with the structure of the day and there was a positive level of independence for many parts of the daily routines. All children spent most of the day engaged in self-chosen activities whilst some adult-led activities formed part of the sessions for the older children and for the babies. There were plenty of opportunities to move freely between the indoor and outdoor spaces for the preschoolers and the toddlers; the other classrooms offered this free flow only in the afternoon, but times for outdoor play was planned for all children over the day.

"In all rooms, social skills were actively supported by the teachers. Children were able to play with friends and have their own time
and space. Children were encouraged to help each other and follow the ground rules."
